Where is the meeting point? Can the tours start somewhere else?
In Barcelona the meeting point is Sant Jaume Square (the city hall square). The monitor will come to pick you with a Segway, next to the city hall, the tourist information point and the taxi stop. In Girona the meeting point is at Vi Square (the city hall square). The monitor will come to pick you with a Segway right in front of the city hall. For private tours we can start or end the tour in other places along our route.

Are tours cancelled in case of rain?
No, they are not. Segways have no trouble with rain. If you think that it will rain give us a call, we have access to accurate weather forecast. If the weather is severe we can schedule another day.

Are Segways safe?
The Segway PT are very safe machines with cutting edge technology focused on the security of the user. All tours are done with a trained monitors to avoid any incidences. Our tours start with a 15 minutes training, this training is necessary for everybody to feel comfortable and ready before starting the tour.

Are Segway tours safe for children or people with disabilities?
To learn how to use a Segway is very easy but require all customers to be at least 12 years old. Children under 18 need to be with a parent or legal tutor . Riders have to be able to climb a step unaided and to manipulate the turning switch with their left hand.

Our monitors speak English, Spanish and Catalan, upon request and depending on availability we can provide with German, French and Italian speaking monitors

How many people can be in the same tour?
Minimum number of persons is one, maximum is eight. For bigger groups we will split them in smaller groups of up to eight people. Contact us for more information. .
