This Agreement may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and SegwayCAT. DYNAMIC
Tours start with a training session of 20 minutes in a space nearby to our office. The practice of Segway makes that everybody feels comfortable and safe to start the hired route in the city.
Segway could be used for any person over 12 years old, who has the skills to go downstairs or upstairs without assistance.
Segway could NOT be used by people who are less than 45 kilos or over 113 kilos.
For her own security, the use of Segway is not recommended to pregnant women.
We have helmets available for every participants who ask for them.
PAY POLICY
Payment for the products will be made by cash, credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by SegwayCAT. No charge or service fee applied for credit-card payments.
All products, tours and services offered by SegwayCAT in Barcelona and Girona are available as per the dates displayed at www.segwaytours.cat or any affiliated website. SegwayCAT is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
Prices listed on www.segwaytours.cat or affiliated websites are per person, unless otherwise specified.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has started, or in respect to any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
CANCELLATION POLICY
SegwayCAT offers 100% refunds if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled tour, and 70% if it takes place between 72 and 24 previous hours before the beginning.
SegwayCAT does not offer refunds within 24 hours of the scheduled tour. In any case, we will try to find alternative dates.
The customer will be able to cancel reservations made in www.segwaytours.cat by sending a contact mail indicating us the information of his reservations at tours@segway.cat.
In case of possible cancellations because of cause majeure SegwayCAT will warn the customer in a period not inferior to 24 hours of the beginning of the activity, looking for alternative dates or returning the amount of the booking.
SegwayCAT reserves itself the right to cancel the activity if conditions that can compromise the security of the participants are appreciated.
